concussions
I’m watching Outside the Lines and the issue today is concussions in the NFL. What’s concerning for me is the fact I’ve had three concussions. While I don’t think I have chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), every time I forgot something, get depressed, or get angry, I can’t help but think it’s due to my concussions. It’s scary to think about and I hope I never develop premature dementia.
I’ve been making a lot of blueberry and strawberry smoothies lately. They’re tasty and I feel a lot better!
Two things I’ve been really happy about lately. The first is my shoulder/back. I broke my neck playing football in highschool and I’ve lived with pain in my back and shoulder ever since. I’ve been studying up and doing a lot of stabilzation exercises and I’ve been pain free for about a year. Gotta keep up this routine!
The second thing is my iPod nano. I’ve been loving this little thing!
